K-Pop Kimbap is a family-run food truck bringing authentic Korean street food to southern Maine. Every roll is made by hand with fresh ingredients — the same recipes and care you'd find at a street stall in Seoul.

For us, kimbap is more than food. It's a connection to Korean heritage passed down through cooking, and a way to share that warmth with our neighbors, one roll at a time.

In Korea, a pojangmacha is a glowing street stall where friends gather over hot food late into the evening — casual, warm, and full of life. That's the feeling we bring to every stop: come find the orange truck, grab something hot, and eat well.
